What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register for an account, connect your AI or third-party tools, subscribe to updates, fill out a form, or contact us.
When registering or using the Services, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, company name, or payment information. You may visit the marketing site anonymously.
When you use the Services, we also collect the content you and your AI create in your workspace (such as automations, notes, tasks, and dashboards) and data about how the Services run (such as run history and logs), so the product can do its job and show you what it did.
- No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To provide the Services: running your automations, storing your workspace content, and connecting the tools you authorize.
- To improve customer service: your information helps us respond more effectively to your support requests.
- To process transactions: your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the product or service you requested.
- To send periodic emails: the email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates about your account, in addition to occasional company news, updates, and related product or service information.
- To analyze and improve our marketing and advertising efforts, including measuring campaign effectiveness.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from future marketing emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each marketing email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access it. Sensitive information is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), and credentials for the tools you connect are stored encrypted and used only to run the work you have authorized.
At SolidActions, protecting your information is a top priority. Specifically:
- We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
- We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services we offer.
- We do not allow third parties to access your information for their own benefit.
- Your workspace content belongs to you. If you leave, your automations and your AI's notes leave with you.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site's systems to recognize your browser and remember certain information.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, save your preferences, and compile aggregate data about site traffic and interaction so we can offer a better experience. We use PostHog for product and website analytics, which sets cookies or local storage to distinguish visitors and sessions.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Advertising technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from providers such as Google and Meta to measure interactions and improve advertising performance. We may share identifiers such as email (in hashed form where appropriate) with advertising platforms to measure conversions and optimize ad delivery.
Third-party links and connections
The Services let you connect third-party tools (such as Google, Stripe, or Slack), and our site may link to third-party websites. Those services and sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of linked sites; connections you authorize are used only to run the work you have set up.
California Online Privacy Protection Act compliance
Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. Users may make changes to their information at any time from their account settings. California residents may opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising by contacting us.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Your consent
By using our site, you consent to this privacy policy.
Changes to our privacy policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
